1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Driio ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Driio is a macOS application that enables you to mount remote file systems (SMB, SSH/SFTP, WebDAV) as native volumes in Finder. The App acts as a client to connect to servers you specify and does not provide hosting or storage services.
3. License
Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Driio on devices you own or control, as permitted by the Mac App Store terms.
4. Subscription and Payment
Driio offers monthly, annual, and one-time purchase options. Current pricing is available on the Mac App Store.
All payments are processed through the Mac App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have authorization to access the servers you connect to
- Maintaining the security of your credentials
- Complying with all applicable laws regarding data access and transfer
- Any activity that occurs through your configured connections
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Driio to:
- Access systems without authorization
- Transfer illegal content or materials
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
DRIIO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF DRIIO.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Data and Privacy
Your use of Driio is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Driio does not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to our servers.
10. Third-Party Servers
Driio connects to servers you specify. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or content of third-party servers. Your use of those servers is subject to their respective terms and policies.
11. Updates and Changes
We may update the App from time to time. Updates may be required to continue using the App. We may also modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Termination
You may stop using Driio at any time by uninstalling the App. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violations of these terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
